Unlike Jeebus in the old, nerdy computer joke, I did not save (or make recent backups, in this case) and had my Windows+Cygwin+Emacs+ftp go wonky on me, nuking all the may blog entries. Dug through browser caches on multiple machines trying to salvage something, but to no avail.
So I went to the Google cache and, luckily, found a few of the lost entries, so will restore those momentarily. In the meantime, I know that the only non-poker posts that were lost were links to some new photo collections.
Poker has been a roller coaster – lots of up and down but leaving me off in the same place I started. I’ll catch up with a post shortly…
